Tutoring Session Information
• All tutoring sessions are individualized,
unless different circumstances are requested by the
client.
• Hoop Smarts, LLC will assess a one-time, non-refundable
$50 registration fee. At the time of registration,
Hoop Smarts will connect the client with a personal
tutor.
• Each client must choose the number of tutoring
sessions they wish for their child to have per month.
Rates for tutoring sessions are $50 per hour.
• Charges will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
The client will receive an invoice for the month at
the beginning of the month. Payments for the month
are due in advance, based upon the number of sessions
desired.
• After Hoop Smarts connects a client and tutor,
and the client had chosen the number of sessions,
it is to be decided between the client and tutor when
the sessions will occur. If a session is missed for
any reason, the client and tutor are to arrange a
time for a make-up session. Refunds will not be issued
for cancellations.
• All payments must be received on or before
the first session of the month. If payment is not
received, sessions will be suspended until payment
is submitted.
